Wij geloven erin dat elke training gevarieerd moet zijn. Wij geloven in het programmeren van workouts die bijdragen aan de vooruitgang in het dagelijks leven. Gelukkig spendeert onze Head Coach veel tijd en energie aan het maken van workouts die passen bij onze trainingsfilosofie. 12 power snatches, 60/35 kg
10 push-ups
8 box-jumps, 24 in.
21 – 15 – 9 reps for time:
Wall ball shots
Deadlifts
AS MANY ROUNDS AS POSSIBLE IN 10 MINUTES OF:
5 burpees over the bar
10 sit-ups
5 push-press
Perform 21 – 18 – 15 – 12 – 9 – 6 – 3 reps for time of:
Sumo deadlift high-pull
Double unders
EMOM MONDAY
Every minute on the minute for 15 minutes perform:
5 box jumps, 24in.
5 handstand push-ups
5 kettlebell swings
