Wij geloven erin dat elke training gevarieerd moet zijn. Wij geloven in het programmeren van workouts die bijdragen aan de vooruitgang in het dagelijks leven. Gelukkig spendeert onze Head Coach veel tijd en energie aan het maken van workouts die passen bij onze trainingsfilosofie. Onze dagelijkse workouts (workout of the day) zijn elke week op voorhand te zien, hieronder zie je onze CrossFit workouts en weightlifting, powerlifting en gymnastics focus van deze week:
Perform as many rounds as possible in 30 minutes of:
24 double unders

12 broad jumps
8 rounds for time of:
50m Sandbag carry,(or equivalent)
7x DB thrusters (22,5/16)
7x Strict pull-ups
Snatch focus
For max rounds of:
2x Snatch balance (starting weight is 20/15kg)
Rest 1 minute between rounds, add 10/5kg per round, continue until failure.
Press focus
Every 3 minutes on the minute for 18 minutes of:
40x double unders
12x Burpee box jump-overs (24/20″)
6x toes 2 bar
Clean and Jerk focus
Handstand focus
5 rounds for Time of:
9x Burpee tuck jumps
250m row
9x muscle up(male) / C2B (female)
Squat focus
Be prepared for the unknown and unknowable: bring your lifters, speedrope, running shoes, long socks, etc.
10 Rounds for Time of:
8 Ground-to-Overheads, 43/30 kg
10 Bar Facing Burpees
Time Cap: 15 minutes
